Currently residing in West Seattle in the Alki District.  Been running off and on since 2007 with really getting into Trail Running in 2011.  You can often find me wandering with my pup, Oliver, on Alki Beach during the weekdays, in the Issaquah Alps during the winter and the Central Cascades in the Summer.
